1. Intermediary agency

Email: info@carrentalatdalaman.com

2. Service and provider

This site sells reservations for self-drive rental cars owned by contracted rent-a-car companies. The agency acts as an intermediary under Turkish Travel Agencies Law No. 1618.

The legal name of the company providing the car is shown on the car page and in the booking summary. The vehicle, the rental agreement, insurance cover and hand-over/return are that company’s responsibility.

3. Price and payment

The total shown when booking is the rental price for the selected period, taxes included. No payment is taken on this site; you pay the provider at pickup, in cash or by card.

Converted prices use daily Central Bank of Türkiye rates for information only; the binding amount is the one in the currency stated in your confirmation.

The provider may ask for a deposit or card pre-authorisation at pickup. Extras such as an additional driver, child seat or one-way return may be charged separately at the provider’s rates.

4. Conclusion of the contract

Your request becomes binding once the agency confirms it by email. If price or availability changes before confirmation, we tell you and do not book without your approval.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under art. 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation there is no right of withdrawal for car rental services to be performed on a specific date or period. You can still cancel free of charge under the terms below.

6. Cancellation and changes

Cancellations and changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup. As no prepayment is taken, nothing is charged for late cancellation or no-show, but repeated no-shows may lead us to decline future bookings.

To cancel, email info@carrentalatdalaman.com with your reference number.

7. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to info@carrentalatdalaman.com. Disputes go to the Consumer Arbitration Committees within the annual monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade, and above those limits to the Consumer Courts.
